Ok I’ll try to make this brief…
Take a girl like Vanessa. She’s never worked as a model and has no experience modeling. First, you talk her into doing some photos. Once she agrees, you take some pix that make her look good. Take the pix outside - the photos will look better and she’ll more likely work with you again. After you’ve worked with her once and she likes the pix, she’ll trust you more. Use her trust as an opportunity to take some nude pix the next time she’s available to shoot with you. Hell, offer her some money if she doesn’t do it right away. $50 and she’ll be happy. If she’s a snob about it and starts trying to negotiate, then you might want to move on. I haven’t had good experiences with these kinds of girls. Also, watch out for girls who start calling and texting their friends while their negotiating with you. It rarely comes out in your favor.
While you’re photographing the girl naked, take the opportunity to touch her. Say something like I need to move your leg over here. She should get nice and comfy with you then. You can then have her turned around, bare ass naked on all fours and you can be spreading one of her ass cheeks with one hand and taking pix with your other. Let her know it’s the best way and most photographers do it 
Now, after all this you can start talking video work and toys and a little more money. If she agrees, you’re one step closer to banging the sorry bitch. Set up the time and date, get the girl over, get her naked and fucking herself with dildos. Have her bring her own dildo, or you can shop for one with her at a local sex shop. She’ll be so turned on during the shoot that she’ll allow you to do just about anything. You can usually go down on her while you shooting and she won’t stop you.
If all goes well with your toy shoot, start talking about her fantasies and money. Talk about how much she can make if she does a ‘boy/girl’ video with you. She might say ‘never in a million years!’ (I’ve heard that one before), then the next day call you and let you know that she thought about it and will do it for $XXX. Whatever you discuss with her. Soon enough, you’ll be having her do this:
